House Policy
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Check-in after 3:00 PM
Checkout before 11:00 AM
Check-in with Landlord -
1 guest maximum
No pets allowed
No parties or events
No commercial photography
No smoking
Additional rules: Please take off your shoes at the entrance, only socks or soft fiber slippers are allowed in the apartment. -
Leave doors unlocked.
Leave keys on the desk.
Please make sure take all your belongings and make sure all your trash has been thrown away.

Before moving in, you will lose your booking reservation fee.
After moving in, get back 1 month of the 2-month deposits. (additional fees may apply such as service fees, and management fees)
Please remember to review your policy. -

All property visits must be coordinated through TwentyTwu to respect the privacy of residents.. If TwentyTwu learns that you have visited a property without authorization and/or violated the privacy of the existing tenants, your application may be denied and you may be banned from using our services in the future. -
Please be mindful of the neighbors. Please do not make noise. In case there are complaints from neighborhood, guest will be banned from apartment. In that case, please note that we cannot help to the refund of the accommodation fee.
If your check out is extended without prior discussion, there will be an extension fee of 600 NTD per hour.
There are limits to the services we can provide. Please understand we may not be able to fulfill all requests received.
We will not take responsibility even if you get lost without confirming the document that I gave you. Moreover, please understand that we do not accept any refunds for cancellation and claims that happened by guest's mistake.
We do not take any responsibility for any trouble that happen from the failure to observe the rules of the house, such as expenses, etc. Be sure to check the house rules and documents and then feel free to ask us anything.
If found with additional people staying that are not included in the reservation, there will be a fine per additional person, multiplied by the number of nights.
